Hej! Chloé is a dietitian-nutritionist and a fermentation freak from Spain.

During the next few months you will see her around Not Quite Café where she will be working through an Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, sharing with you the core of her project called “Back to the Roots” (BTTR).

BTTR is a nutritional project that aims to spread a message of sustainable, healthy and conscious food choices through workshops and lectures in different environments like cultural centers, schools and other types of spaces that welcome knowledge served with care and lots of love.

She will be offering events at Not Quite café as well as supporting their food offer!

Are you maybe also curious to know if the food you eat is balanced? Would you like to squeeze all the nutrient-power out of the meals you prepare? Do you want to learn about fermented foods and beverages? Or maybe you would like to get personalised help?
